Analysis of the innovation development as a process of transition low to higher technological structure

Innovative development is seen as a process of transition from lower to Beau Lee high technological way. It is proposed to move from the “catch-up strategy” (development of innovations in the fifth technological structure) to the strategy of "do not beat catch up", i.e. priority to the development of technologies of the sixth order. Showing shortcomings developed by experts of the corporation “Rosnano” and approved by the State Statistics methodology of calculation of the value of goods and services related to nanotechnology. On the basis of performing statistical analysis proved a dead end “catch-up strategy” for overcoming the economic and innovation crisis.
