Problem actualization of human reproduction quality rating

Alternative quality ratings of human reproduction are examined. There is an analysis of the impact that additional government aid to families with children has on the decision to give birth to a child. Factors which prevent from having a wished number of children are examined. Reasons of population crisis in Russia are revealed. It is suggested that different methodological approaches to quality management of reproductive labor should be integrated to solve this problem.
