Quality of reproductive labor management and analysis model (subject- subject approach)

Modernization of economy makes it necessary to transform the structure and quality of labor force. It’s necessary to have a systematic approach to the quality of reproductive labor (QRL). System of QRL formation is examined and factors of parents’ investments in QRL are revealed. A plan of QRL management and QRL types are proposed. A model of QRL management is made to form and develop a quality human capital (subject-subject approach).
