The article discusses the features of management analysis, its essence, aims and tasks at all stages of enterprise management. It describes the methodical steps of the management analysis, major problems during the study. Objects of management analysis are given in form of block matrix, where levels of management, development and decision-making correspond to structure of business process. System of balanced activities is analyzed through key efficiency indexes.
