Under the conditions of the singular value of house management as the source of economy and high portion of economy in the GDP of many countries from the activity of investment process and use of various financial tools in many respects depends the effectiveness of the activity of financial mediators. In the article is analyzed the process of making saving- investment decisions by house management in the different countries.
