Procedure of the ranking of investment projects in the industrial enterprises

Currently, investment of industrial enterprises in Russia is in an unstable state. Limited resources required for the modernization of fixed assets - the first aspect of the problem of investment development. The second side - the lack of practical systems of ranking investment projects. The author offers a tool - a matrix to visualize a portfolio of investment projects, as well as the technique of forming the portfolio. It should be noted that in the proposed model are considered both the projects “with the transient financing” and the projects “newly discovered”.
