In the conditions of uncertainty and unpredictability of results of economic activities a class of risk considerably above, than in a stable economic system. Therefore actual there is a problem of an estimation of influence of risk and economic uncertainty on the indicators of financial and economic activity used for acceptance of administrative decisions.
     In the article the design procedure of expenses and the probable risks, connected with alternative directions of activity of the enterprise in the conditions of an economic crisis is considered.
