The article presents the author’s methods of development of managerial systems of economic entities, aimed at adjustment of basic components of the managerial system to the life cycle stage of the enterprise. The elaborated cyclical methods allow identifying life cycle stage of an enterprise, to evaluate the potential and its separate components, to define basic managerial systems, subject to changes, to choose and implement effective methods of systemic changes, to create efficient organizational infrastructure in order to encourage and fulfill the planned changes.
