Determined and statistical analysis of research and development financial effectiveness

The article considers the methodic of R&D (research and development) financial results determined analysis. This methodic is based on author’s ROA model. Proposed determined model was used for statistical analysis of R&D effectiveness with the time spread. The estimation of national statistical figures in innovation sphere was also made.
