In connection with the crisis phenomena in the economy the problem of the creation of the effective system for control by commercial organization acquired an even larger urgency. In the work questions of budget execution in the system of financial planning of organization are examined. The analysis of the fulfillment of budgetary indices is carried out. The conclusion is made that the results of analysis are basis for the work of subdivisions and leaders.
