The theoretical and systematic basis of the complex analysis of financial flows and elements of the working capital of industrial enterprise are examined. It is developed the complex of the standard administrative solutions, taken with the formation of scarcity or surplus of reverse active memberships for the pay-off of the obligations of enterprise.
