The results of investment-building activity predestine current and future condition of the economy of the country and stability of the development of society. The amounts of investment in the fixed capital are main factor, forming the results of investment-building activity. The study of track records and structures of investment in the fixed capital in Russian Federation for the last ten years has allowed to give the estimation to efficiency of their use and reveal the trends of the development public production on modern stage.
