In clause the technique of the account of costs of complex methods on the basis of system of all-round management by them at the power enterprise is developed and approved, allowing consistently to apply modern tools of decrease in costs, to define the cost price in view of a planned market price and profit, to reduce cost price by means of the programs aimed at certain services, allowing steadily to reduce the general cost price, to introduce management of functional groups, to introduce functional accounting of the cost price and to apply benchmarking.
