Effectiveness of directing the organizational-production potential of the company were considered in this work, determined its strategic aspect, conception and made valuation of system of management chemistry industry on basis rank correlation and method of diagnostical analysis. For increasing financial stability have been drawn a conclusion on expansion external economic activities this industry.
