Successful functioning of ecologically focused registration-analytical system promotes productive realization of functions of the general control system by the enterprise. Thus the enterprise administration independently solves questions of the organization of ecologically differentiated administrative account and the analysis, that is process of harmonization account and analysis system is individual for each enterprise, but the way of its formation at the industry enterprises is identical.
