The article substantiates the necessity of integration of tools of ecological-and-economic analysis in the system of complex analysis of activities of investment- and building enterprises. The main trends and components of ecological-and-economic analysis, as well as the factors of ecological compatibility of building materials are defined. Index of the ecological compatibility of the products is regarded as the corporate index for use efficiency of the natural capital.
