Efficiency analysis methodic of bankruptcy proceedings

The analysis of bankruptcy proceedings’ results is necessary for the estimation of it’s efficiency and reasonability. The criteria of bankruptcy proceedings’ efficiency, its factors and rates and the methodic of analysis are presented in the article. The methodic is aimed to find reserves for paying creditors’ claims, to strengthen control over bankrupt’s estate and to improve bankrupt regulation.
