In article are worded advantage of management amortization forming fixed capital as key reserve reproduction and renovations of the fixed capital; the elaborated notion amortization politicians and is offered scheme of the undertaking the analysis to its efficiency. The system approach has allowed selecting six base elements in procedure of the analysis amortization politicians on microlevel, as well as forming the complex of the factors of the estimation speaker’s amortization resource of the enterprise.
