Relevance due to develop sound management decisions in the emerging competitive environment, which are crucial to improve the competitiveness of domestic enterprises and the economy as a whole, making a new level of control. Here is shown this comparative analysis of the process of decision-making in the leading world powers on account of their historical, cultural, ethnic-politic and national circumstances. Explore the adaptation of certain aspects of the management and decision-making in Russian enterprises in modern conditions.
