The environment of labor potential forming is described in the article. It is proved, that, on the one hand, this is a quality of life. It is determined by the state and development of such peoples’ life-activity points as the education, healthcare, culture, sport, science and ecology. On the other hand, it is quality of labor life. It is characterized by the basic principals of labor existence and the creation of the conditions for the labor potential realization.
