Situation analysis of development of the health resort-tourist complex of region

By means of the SWOT-analysis the competitive potential of a regional health resort-tourist complex is estimated in the work and the circle of strategic problems is defined, forthcoming to solve further. The conclusion is made that, for strengthening of competitiveness of the given complex is necessary the consecutive decentralization of investment process by development of diverse patterns of ownership, controllability of restoration by investment process in a recreation, maintenance of the state support of investment activity.
