Organizational change is the most dynamic element of the process of organization development. The principle of shared responsibilities requires that each business unit should include a plan of their organizational change each of the challenges facing the company as a whole. An important factor in ensuring the effectiveness of organizational change is the operational integration - an informed choice of possible coordination mechanisms of interaction between units. The principle of shared responsibilities, combined with optimum operational integration is a condition for effective organizational change in the interests of companies and enhancing its competitiveness.
