The article is dedicated to the description of the revealed financial-economic contradiction between striving to marginal profit maximization and operational risk minimization of the industrial enterprise. The complex techniques of the marginal profit, profitability, operation leverage and marginal profit factor analysis techniques are presented in the article. The influence of fixed costs minimization and level of fixed costs in marginal profit minimization on the contradiction regulation between marginal profit maximization and operational risk minimization is revealed.
