The researching the market cooperation on the basic of the contract approach

The variety of contract relations is examined from the positions of the institutional economy. Control capability of interaction of economic agents is proposed to determine on the basis of the development of the specific character of the behavior of participants in the implicit contracts. Is determined the range of the controlling influence within the framework of the contract form of the cooperation of the subjects of market. Is examined the mechanism of resolution of the conflicts, which appear with the execution of the contract.
