Article is dedicated to the selection of optimum power and to economic value analysis gas- piston mini- TETs (heat and power plant). Kiotskiy protocol assumes the creation of the carbonic funds, which are ready to finance energy-effective projects in the volume of the reduced ejections of carbon dioxide. The nourishment of users from the power system is accepted for the base version.
