In the article are examined theoretical bases, prerequisites and practice of the new form of administrative activity - administration of knowledge. Is carried out the analysis of different approaches to the organization of control of knowledge at the enterprise, place and role of control of knowledge in the structure of control of other subsystems of contemporary enterprises is revealed.
