Macro analysis of the balance of payment of the Russian Federation

In the article are represented the analysis of pay balance in 1999-2009 yr. Pay balance seizes the period of financial crisis 2008-2009 yr. This period is characterized by sharp worsening in the world situation in goods of Russian export, by global loss of the confidence of investors to the developing markets and by stagnation on the international market for capital, scale compression of the sizes of the current and financial operations.
