Formation of the personnel reserve of the enterprise in the conditions of crisis

In the conditions of world financial crisis especially actual there is a question of economy of internal resources of the enterprise. An alternative way of reduction of expenses is formation of a personnel reserve that on the one hand allows not losing time and financial resources on search and selection of the personnel out of the company, with another - effectively to be reconstructed on new directions of activity. Important there is a question of procedure of selection of candidates. In this connection the technique of an estimation of the candidates, based on construction model of competences, including professional, administrative, social and functional components.
