Economic assessment of the quasirisk in the course of project implementation and development programs

Under current conditions of permanent uncertainty there exist the necessity of the monitoring of risk situations, which can have an influence on the progress of project implementations and programs of development. The body of factors that specify project risks is defined and the content of quasirisk and its identification within the project management regarding project life cycle are given in this article. The characteristics of the most commonly encountered models of life cycle in the course of quasirisk defining, their advantages and disadvantages are also represented in this paper.
