This article is about the least studied area of logistics - financial logistics. In crisis conditions significant reserves of company adaptation to external environment can be found just in financial logistics. Evolution of opinions on the organization of financial logistics, financial logistics principles, matter of financial flow and its role in logistic system are shown.
