Economic development in the post-transition economies at the present time

In modern conditions the post-transition countries occupy a significant position in the world economy. Economic processes in these countries (mainly CEE and CIS countries) are not explicable in terms of traditional of market regulation. In the present work the main characteristics of economic activities of these countries are analyzed by using different methods. The interrelation and interdependence of the gross domestic product, inflation and unemployment are identified in the context of the leading countries of the world. The internal and external peculiarities of foreign trade activity of post-transition countries are determined.
