The methodology of assessment of socio-economic efficiency in the alcoholic beverage sector

In connection with the high social and economical importance of the alcoholic beverage analysis of its effectiveness and functioning is very actual. In the present work the methodology of assessment of socio-economic efficiency in the alcoholic beverage is presented. By assessing its efficiency there is suggested to proceed from the multilevel approach and take into account the interests of three parts: the state, the enterprises and consumers. Every part of the general efficiency is assessed independently. The definite assessment is made by calculation of the integral estimating characteristics.
