About the condition and tendencies of development of the corporate control in Russia

The analysis of evolution of corporate relations shows that in the Russian practice of management and the control with delay of an order 20th years repeat the phenomena, tendencies and processes which took place in economically developed countries. In article by authors it is proved that for successful development of a corporate governance development of standard base on corporate governance should go to Russia on the basis of balance definition between legislative regulation and regulation in morally - ethical codes, taking into account a condition of development of an infrastructure of the market and corporate mutual relations.
