In a complex of anti-recessionary actions work on motivation of the personnel is focused around of two primary goals: stabilization of the personnel and change of system of material motivation. In conditions of limitation of budgets, reductions of charges on the personnel due to reduction of wages and premiums, special attention demand questions of non-material motivation.
