Innovation agro-food policy as factor ensuring global food security

The paper presents theoretical grounding of the need to develop a single agro-food policy aiming at ensuring global food security. The system of innovation institutions implementing the single agro-food policy of the countries is grounded. The author’s conclusions are based on the principles of the inter-branch approach.
