Regulation of the regional development based on the efficient use of land resources

Nowadays the main aim of the regional regulation is presented by its stabile development and by the decrease of the territorial social and economic asymmetry in the region. The efficient land use in the region serve as the development base. The differentiated approach to the regulation of the regional development, which is achieved through results of the land management on the municipal level, is examined in this article. The regional model for the regulation of municipal formations is worked out through land grouping by land and economic criterions and by the efficiency index in the use of land resources, what is connected with the redistribution of land payments and with the rate change of land taxes.
