The establishment of the strategic purposes of the development of industrial enterprise begins from the analysis of the factors of external and internal medium. The contemporary system of kontrolling must ensure the effective conducting of this analysis. Selection of concrete factors - matter especially individual for each concrete enterprise. The author sets forth his view on the procedure of the selection of factors.
