Absence of the uniform approach to an establishment of «the discounting specification» creates a problem of an estimation of investments before the potential investor at the analysis of investment projects. In given article the alternative approach to the decision of a problem of an establishment of «the discount rate» which can be recommended for use at an estimation of investment projects is presented.
