Influence of the power of innovative knowledge flow on the effective functioning of science and innovation network

Internal information space with a specially designed network of channels increases the power. On the basis of mathematical modeling it is demonstrated that the formation and development of scientific and innovation networks as the dynamic sets of interrelated research, design, engineering and testing centers and industrial enterprises, organized by the innovation projects, carried out at a high level of coordination and integration of objectives and scientific research resources, is a more effective way of management of generating knowledge medium and its interaction with the medium of commercialization of knowledge in the information society than traditional. The necessary level of integration achieved through the formation of flow of innovative knowledge.
