Development of innovative processes in Russia one of which is electronic trade, is connected with comprehension of that competitiveness of a human resource is a major factor of the scientific and technical innovations, a solving condition of a survival and growth of the majority of the enterprises. The personnel cannot exist out of the enterprise, out of system so, it should develop together with the enterprise, region, a society as a whole. In given article the technique of definition of requirement for preparation and personnel improvement of professional skill on the basic tools of marketing which will be necessary at introduction of electronic trade is offered.
