Control of investment-construction projects on the basis of the compensating budgeting

The methodical approach to management of investitsionno-building projects is considered at high uncertainty of the future conditions of the external and internal environment, based on advancing indemnification of possible deviations of parametres of the project. Method is based on the compensation for the reasons for those causing deviations in the cost and the periods of the realization of the investment stage of project, and also profitableness of operational stage, which makes it possible to ensure its required commercial effectiveness with the high uncertainty of conditions. The proposed method realizes by the application of compensating budgeting as the element of the system of the administrative calculation of project.
