The understanding of the system nature of efficiency the agri-food markets has led to the concept of a agri-food supply chains. At the same time industrialization of an agriculture in the countries with the developed market economy is accompanied by growth of consolidation of subjects of an agricultural production and vertical coordination which basic forms contracting and integration among participants agri-food chains. Carried out researches of categories and concepts of vertical coordination in agri-food chains testify to necessity to differentiate and identify concepts of «coordination», «integration» and organizational structures derivative of them, and also processes, tools and models of vertical coordination (contracts and contract relationships) from the point of view of economic relations of subjects participating in them agri-food chains.
