The decision of problems which many Russian enterprises have faced now, demands strengthening of a role of the analysis of a market conjuncture, and also perfection of methodical bases and toolkit of forecasting of development of the enterprise in the conditions of crisis. In article the essence and methods of the specified analysis and also system of the indicators are considered, allowing to receive quantitative and qualitative characteristics of the basic laws of change of demand and the commodity offer on the basis of revealing of factors of formation of market conditions.
