On the majority of the Russian enterprises marketing is not begin considered as a key process of all activity. In the present work business process «Marketing» is analysed on a basis of the process-task approach. The major tasks are advanced, the algorithm is constituted; interaction of the tasks is defined in the form of diagram IDEF0; the imitation-mathematical model is resulted. It is concluded that the given technology allows to increase a management efficiency of the marketing activity of the machine-building enterprise.
