The problems of forming of registration-analytical information about realization of build agreements in the conditions of functioning of joint build enterprises of CIS’s countries are examined. On the basis of the conducted research of maintenance of national standards on the account of agreements of a build contract differences are exposed in accounting of incomes, charges and financial results the removal of which will allow to standardize the rules of account and control of realization of agreements of a build contract.
