The integration approach to management of costs of the enterprises of a petrochemical complex

By present time, despite of significant experience of management by costs, effective mechanisms on revealing reserves of decrease in costs on the basis of methodology of the integration approach are not generated yet. In clause interrelations between type of an environment and size transaction costs are established, the mechanism of preparation and decision-making on integration is developed, parameters and criteria of an estimation of potential participants of integration are generated. Offered mechanisms and approaches can be used at the decision of essential practical problems on revealing reserves of decrease in costs which have got a special urgency in conditions of sharp and long financial crisis.
