In clause problems of development of an optimum parity of tax loading are considered at modeling separate elements of a legal design of the contract. Analyzing the factors influencing decrease of tax loading, the design procedure of efficiency of acceptance of administrative decisions in the field of optimization of contractual policy is offered.
