Economic and statistic analysis of forming and efficiency of labour resources in agriculture (based on Udmurt Republic)

The article deals with the dynamics of rural population amount in the Udmurt Republic within the period of 1998-2007. Negative tendencies for decrease in the structural quantity of inhabitants are also revealed. To get the real picture of changes in labour efficiency, an efficiency assessment is indicated based on the use of comparing prices on agricultural products whereas to calculate the dynamics of factual salaries, consumer price indexes are used. Based on the use of comparing data the tempo of factual salary increase exceeds the tempo of factual labour efficiency. It is also found out that the level of labour payment in agricultural field is considerably lower than the level of payment in the economics of the Udmurt Republic, as a whole. Thus, it does not provide stimulus role for the labour efficiency increase.
