The author's technique for analysis of formation and realization of an enterprise investment policy is considered. It allows to estimate particular and integrated indicators of the level of the organization of investigated process, to estimate the efficiency and to define the type of a policy on the basis of the analysis of its content. The main technique feature is possibility to carry out the complex analysis of administrative and economic aspects of formation and realization of an enterprise investment policy as well as their interrelation.
