The interaction of rotational formations of different amplitude and different direction of rotation within the limits of the limited area results in origin of a picture of a phase portrait, which can be used as for the comparative analysis of stability of functioning of a system on structure of rotational formation and significance of a velocity of movement, and for research of dynamic processes in time. The functioning of social and economic processes within the limits of territory is represented by the way of behavior and interaction of elements of a continuous two-dimensional dynamic medium in turbulent a mode. The components of production functions are considered as the factors of force effect causing in an operation production. The research of phase portraits of real objects has shown, that this method reflects regularities intrinsic to researched industrial systems and allows to use it for the comparative analysis of stability of productions.
